Hi, I’m Mandy! Surrogacy has been a big part of my life for the past 5 years, and it’s truly my passion. As a mom of two amazing kids, I know firsthand the joy that comes with building a family. That joy inspired me to become a surrogate myself—I’ve proudly completed 3 journeys and am currently on my 4th.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned how life-changing surrogacy can be, not only for intended parents but also for surrogates who get to play such an incredible role in someone else’s story. My goal is to support, guide, and care for each person who comes through our agency, making sure the process feels safe, supported, and full of heart.

Surrogacy is more than a process—it’s a journey of love, trust, and new beginnings. And I’m so honored to walk alongside families and surrogates as they take this beautiful step.

Co-Founder - Case Manager

Jill is one of our dedicated Case Managers, and she truly loves what she does. With several years of experience in the women’s health world, she brings compassion, organization, and care to every journey she supports.

Her favorite part of being a case manager is connecting with people—building meaningful relationships with surrogates and intended parents and being there to guide them every step of the way. Jill’s warm personality and attention to detail help ensure that each journey feels supported, smooth, and personal.

She believes that surrogacy is more than just a process—it’s about real people, real connections, and creating families—and she’s honored to play a part in making that happen.

Case Manager

Miranda is a proud mom of four, a first-time surrogate, and a true homeschool mom queen who brings warmth, compassion, and positivity to everyone around her. Married and family-centered, she loves spending time baking sweet treats, creating memories with her children, and supporting others through every stage of life.

As a Case Manager with It’s a Baby Surrogacy, Miranda is passionate about helping families grow and making sure surrogates feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their journey. Her personal experience, joyful personality, and genuine heart for others make her a comforting and uplifting presence for both intended parents and surrogates alike.
